Thoroughly clean the nose area by washing it and then dry.

Carefully remove the band from the protective layer.

Apply the band’s lower point to the tip of your nose.

By pulling the band upwards place it on the wings of your nose and apply pressure for 5-10 seconds.

Bands are disposable.
