Sit in a stable position.
Remove any accessories from the arm where the measurement will be taken.
Place the cuff on your arm where the measurement will be done.
Turn on the device and keep your arm at heart level. Press the Start/Stop button to begin the measurement.
Do not talk or move during the measurement.
After the measurement, press the Start/Stop button to turn off the device.
