It is used in small (minor) surgical operations to provide a buffer to the blood on the tissue and to clean the post-operative wounds.

 

Open the package carefully.

Remove the gauze with a clamp or with clean hands.

Apply it over the area to be implemented.

It is sterilized with ethylene oxide.

Torn and perforated packagings are not sterile.
